Silver Spoon Events Caviar
Silver Spoon Events is the brainchild of husband and wife team Paul and Laura Aceto.

Born out of a shared passion for food and wine and a common belief that great food and wine are a fundamental part of life, family and friends. We had become incredibly frustrated by the mediocre quality of food, presentation and service found at many catered events & parties, and so we began our quest to create a unique food catering service based upon simplicity, quality and affordability.

We carefully select our staff and they are proud to be part of our team. We ensure they receive excellent training, as we believe a high standard service is just as important as high quality cuisine. Silver Spoon staff are friendly, pro-active and will work within your company, home or venue with respect and the utmost professionalism.

Paul is originally from Michigan; after a college soccer career and gaining a business degree he decided to move to Miami to pursue his true passion: food and cooking. Paul is a culinary arts graduate of the acclaimed Johnson and Wales University with many years experience in both the restaurant and personal chef business.

Laura was born in Milan, Italy and attended university in London graduating with a business degree. She moved to Miami five years ago. Her career in the world of wine, events & branding spans over 10 years.

They met, as fate would have it shopping at their local gourmet market. Their combined skills, individual experiences and love for entertaining make them a winning team!
